An online statewide form is found on the Dept. of Taxation website: https://www.tax.virginia.gov/
Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Facts, Figures & Reports" then click on the link for "Virginia Local Transient Occupancy Tax Return". DOWNLOAD THE pdf DOCUMENT TO YOUR LOCAL DEVICE AND THEN OPEN IT FROM THERE USING AN ADOBE PRODUCT IN ORDER FOR IT TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. You will click on "TOWN" and use the dropdown to choose "TOWN OF IRVINGTON" which will automatically display our 4% tax rate. Once the form is filled in, print it out and send it to the Town Office with your payment, if any payment is due.
